International Horizons at Erasmus plus Week in Bulgaria
The Higher School of Saharan Agriculture (HSSAE) El Oued, Algeria, is actively participating in the 10th International Erasmus+ Week (May 11-15, 2026), hosted by the University of Ruse, Bulgaria. Representing our institution to foster global academic networks and borders-free innovations are: •Dr Oussama SIAD (Deputy Director in Charge of External Relations) and Prof Sofiane SAGGAÏ (Deputy Director of Pedagogy) • Joining over 60 representatives from 28 partner universities across 23 countries to share best practices in higher education and scientific research. • Knowledge Exchange: Engaging in strategic working sessions centered on the motto "Exchange of knowledge and innovation without borders." 🇩🇿✨🇧🇬
