Roles and Responsibilities
The Officer in Charge is responsible for the following:
  1. Ensuring the proper management and monitoring of the professional career paths of staff members.

  2. Preparing and implementing training and capacity-building programs, upgrading staff competencies, and updating information related to administrative and technical staff as well as heads of departments.

  3. Ensuring the organization of staffing levels and facilitating their balanced and coordinated distribution across departments.

  4. Preparing and implementing the Human Resources Management Plan.

  5. Preparing and implementing the annual operational plan for Human Resources management.

  6. Preparing and implementing programs related to cultural and sports activities.
