All members of the Scientific Council the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued (HSSAE) were present for the opening meeting of it, which took place today, Tuesday, March 12, 2024. The director of the meeting, Prof. Elhabib GUEDDA, in his capacity as the board’s chairman, chaired the debate on the following agenda items: - Official inauguration of the board members - Approval of the international forum to be held at the school - Approval of the establishment of a research laboratory at the school - Approval of the disciplines to be taught in graduation.
