On Monday, February 19, 2024, the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture – El oued organized a celebration on the occasion of the National Day of Chahid, which falls on February 18 of each year. After listening to the national anthem, the school principal, Prof. Habib GUEDDA, gave a welcome speech to the two guests, Mr. Mujahid Bachir Abadi and the history professor, Mr. Zubair Ben Bordi, and narrated to the attendees the various stages of the revolution related to the month of February. Then, Mr. Mujahid Ebadi gave a speech related to the occasion, in which he focused on the importance of linking the generation of the revolution to subsequent generations and the necessity of perpetuating the memory of the martyrs and mujahideen who defended this country. Then came Mr. Ben Bardi’s lecture, which focused on one of the symbols of the region, Martyr Ben Nasser. At the end of the celebration, the two guests were honored by the Director.
