The Higher School of Saharan Agriculture, El Oued (HSSAE) was honoured to host Dr. Nasr DAHDA, the coordinator of the local committee to promote the use of the English language, along with Ms. Sarah SHIBAT, as part of the training programme for recently hired teachers. The goal of the programme was to prepare the teachers to use English as the language of instruction for students as effectively as possible.
