On Sunday, September 28th, 2025, a coordination meeting was held, bringing together the Director of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, his Assistant for Academic Affairs, Professor Soufian SEGGAI, the Head of the Second Cycle Departement, Dr. Hafsa BEN RASS, and the Head of the preparatory Department,
Dr. Abdelbasset KADDOUR. The meeting addressed in detail the following points :
* The status of the start of the academic year, including the commencement of lectures, orientation and practical sessions, as well as timetables, individual teaching schedules, Professor's workload.
* The welcoming and orientation session for first-year students.
* The academic calendar for the first semester, covering teaching periods, continuous assessment, final examinations, and pedagogical committee meetings.
* The scheduling of practical field trips .
* Constant monitoring .
* The designation of academic advisors for students .
* The scheduling of English language teaching sessions.
* The current state of the School, particularly in its pedagogical aspects.
