In accordance with the directives of the relevant ministry to strengthen the use of the English language, English proficiency testing commenced today, Thursday, 16 October 2025, at the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued. The assessments were conducted under the supervision of the School's pedagogical and administrative teams.
