Extended Pedagogical Meeting for the Launch and Evaluation of the Second Semester Academic Activities
On Tuesday evening, February 17, 2026, the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued held the first extended pedagogical meeting of the second semester, under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Pedagogy, Professor Sofiane SAGGAI, and the Head of the Second Cycle Department, Dr. Hafsa BENRAS. The meeting provided an opportunity to assess the first semester through the review of various concerns raised by stakeholders, particularly those communicated by student representatives, and to work towards addressing them while ensuring effective planning for the second semester. The School Director, Professor Habib GUEDDA, also addressed the meeting, issuing directives to teaching staff to further enhance their efforts in ensuring the success of the institution’s pedagogical mission through the promotion of a culture of discipline and commitment. He further highlighted key priorities aimed at strengthening the school’s standing, notably the implementation of the quality assurance system as well as the final-year graduation projects within the framework of Ministerial Decrees 1275 and 008 (as amended).
