The Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued organized a series of field-based practical training sessions as part of its applied program. In collaboration with the Cereals and Pulses Cooperative of El Oued Province, the activities took place at the Agricultural Mechanization Park in Debila on 20 and 21 October 2025. Under the supervision of Dr. Mariam KHADRAOUI and Dr. Abdelmounaim KHEMMOULI, and in coordination with the cooperative's engineers and technical staff, students received both theoretical explanations and hands-on instruction on the use of agricultural machinery and the technical processes of cereal cultivation - from soil preparation to the seeding phase. The program also highlighted the significance of properly calibrating seeding equipment to enhance the quantitative and qualitative distribution of seeds, thereby contributing to improved proficiency and higher agricultural yields.
