A significant joint project has been launched at El-Dhawya model farm, bringing together the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued and the Scientific and technical Research Center on Arid Regions (CRSTRA) to initiate the cultivation of Saffron. The project was implemented by a group of students under the supervision of the school's agricultural engineer, Mr. Ali MOUSSAOUI, was officially inaugurated in the presence of the School Director, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, the Deputy Director for Pedagogy, Professor Soufiane SEGGAI, the School Secretary General, Mr. Mokhtar BEN HALIMA, as well as the manager of the model farm El-Dhawya, Mr. Belkheir.
