Student club activities officially commenced today, Thursday, 13 November 2025, at the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued. The opening ceremony took place under the supervision of the Deputy Director for External Relations, Dr. Oussama SIAD, in the presence of the School Secretary-General, Mr. Mokhtar BEN HALIMA; The Head of the Second-Cycle Department, Dr. Hafsa BEN RAS; the Head of the Preparatory Department , Dr. Abdelbasset KADDOUR; and the Head of the Entrepreneurship Development Center, Dr. Ibrahim MEISSA. It is worth nothing that four student clubs are currently active at the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued.
