Higher School of Saharan Agriculture – El oued

On Thursday, 12 February 2026, the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued hosted a meeting dedicated to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
The meeting brought together the Director of the school, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, the Assistant Director for Pedagogy Professor Sofiane SAGGAI; the Assistant Director for Scientific Research, Dr. Ibrahim Khalil BAHMENE; the Secretary General of the School, Mr. Mokhtar BEN HALIMA; and the School's representative in the twenty-two-member Quality Assurance Committee of El Oued University Residence Administration, Ms. Nadjla HOGGUI. The meeting was attended by the international quality expert and trainer, Mr. Abdellatif LOUSSIF KHALED, who delivered a concise overview of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and outlined the key stages of its implementation.
The session also provided an opportunity to address several questions raised by members of the School, reflecting their readiness and commitment to meeting all required standards and ensuring full compliance with quality requirements.
