On Thursday, 2nd October 2025, the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued had the honour of hosting the activities marking the National Day of Agricultural Extension.
This event, which was attended by El Wali of El Oued, Mr. El Arbi BEHLOUL, represented a significant occasion for the school, which continually strives to assert its role as a key local actor in the agricultural sector.
The event also served as an opportunity to showcase the most notable scientific and innovative achievement between the school, represented by its Director, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, and the Directorate of Agricultural Services of El Oued. The agreement aims to address the challenges of Saharan agriculture in the region, with the involvement of the school's faculty and students within the framework of their graduation projects.
