Brief description of the department
The Preparatory Class Department (Common Core: Natural and Life Sciences) of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El-Oued constitutes the foundational stage of academic training within the institution. It is designed for newly admitted students and aims to provide a solid scientific base before they progress to the Second Cycle of studies.
During this two-year program, students acquire fundamental knowledge in biological, chemical, and physical sciences, as well as essential concepts in natural and life sciences related to agriculture. This stage emphasizes the development of analytical thinking, scientific methodology, and basic practical skills necessary for higher-level studies.
The Preparatory Class serves as a bridging phase that ensures students are well-prepared for specialization in agricultural sciences.
