Advancing Applied Research: A Scientific and Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Technical Platform for Physical and Chemical Analyses in Ouargla
On 22 April 2026, the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued signed a Scientific and Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Technical Platform for Physical and Chemical Analyses in Ouargla, marking a significant step toward strengthening collaboration between higher education institutions and applied research structures.
The agreement aims to foster scientific research and promote the exchange of expertise and knowledge, particularly in the field of physical and chemical analyses related to Saharan agriculture. It will also contribute to enhancing student training by providing opportunities for hands-on laboratory experience and access to advanced equipment and modern analytical techniques.
As part of the visit, Professor Abbas KEMARCHOU , Dr.Kamel Eddine MAKHLOUF, and Dr.Ahcene KADI toured the laboratory facilities, where they were introduced to the various instruments and analytical technologies in use. The visit highlighted the platform’s scientific capabilities and its role in supporting research and innovation.
This agreement reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthening scientific cooperation and fostering closer links with the professional and research environment, in support of sustainable development in Saharan regions.
