On Thursday, February 19, 2026, the General Assembly of the Social Services Committee of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued was convened, under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the School, Mr. Mokhtar BEN HALIMA, and the Head of the Committee, Mr. Sofiane SAHRAOUI, in the presence of the institution’s staff, including both administrative personnel and faculty members. During this meeting, the literary and financial reports for the year 2025 were reviewed and approved, and the program of activities for the year 2026 was presented.
