As part of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality and enhancing institutional performance, a meeting was held bringing together the Director of the School, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, the Secretary General, Mr. Mokhtar BEN HALIMA, Assistant Directors, Heads of Departments, and members of the Quality Assurance Unit.
The meeting focused on identifying avenues for continuous improvement and discussing mechanisms to enhance institutional management in accordance with established quality standards. Participants exchanged views on strategies aimed at strengthening organizational effectiveness and supporting the School’s ongoing quality assurance efforts.
A key outcome of the meeting was the signing of the School’s Quality Policy by the Director, reflecting the institution’s commitment to implementing quality principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and striving for excellence in the services it provides.
