Strategic Coordination Meeting Between the School Director and the Pedagogical Affairs Directorate
As part of the regular coordination meetings held with the various administrative divisions of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued, the School Director, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, convened a meeting on Monday, February 16, 2026, with members of the Pedagogical Affairs Directorate. The meeting was attended by the Assistant Director for Pedagogy, Professor Sofiane SAGGAI, the Head of the Second Cycle Department, Dr. Hafsa BENRAS, and the Head of the Common Core Training Department, Dr. Abdelbasset KADDOUR. This meeting provided an opportunity to review the outcomes of the first semester, highlighting its strengths while identifying shortcomings, their underlying causes, and possible solutions to address them in the upcoming semester. It also served as a platform to refine certain organizational aspects to ensure the smooth running of pedagogical activities. In this context, the Director emphasized the importance of discipline in carrying out responsibilities and the need for continuous monitoring of academic duties to guarantee a standard of training that meets both local and national expectations, in line with the recommendations of the supervising ministry.
