Towards Broader International Horizons: The Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Lutsk National Technical University, Ukraine
In a new step reflecting its commitment to international academic engagement, the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in El Oued has officially signed a cooperation agreement with Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU), Ukraine. The agreement was concluded during a virtual signing ceremony bringing together representatives of both institutions.
The signing ceremony was conducted under the supervision of the Director of the School, Professor Elhabib GUEDDA, with the active contribution of his Vice Directors, Dr. Oussama SIAD and Dr. Ibrahim El Khalil BEHMENE. This initiative forms part of the institution’s strategy to expand its network of international partnerships and strengthen its presence within the global higher education and research community.
This agreement marks an important milestone in the development of cooperation between the two institutions.
